An "Odstop od pogodbe" button, built into your store

A WooCommerce plugin that gives customers the online withdrawal path EU consumer rules call for since June 2026 — a button on their own orders, a pre-filled form, and every request logged with the order in wp-admin.

14-day window enforced Guest orders included
The button shows only while withdrawal is allowed — afterwards the order carries its request status instead.

Who it's for

Built for stores that sell to EU consumers

Since 19 June 2026, EU consumer-rights rules expect webshops to offer an online way to withdraw from a purchase — a button and a form, not just a paragraph in the terms. Most WooCommerce stores still handle withdrawals the old way: a free-form email, if the customer finds the address.

The plugin adds that path to the store you already run: a return button on eligible orders in the customer account, a withdrawal form pre-filled from the order, and a request log in wp-admin — with the order put on hold automatically, so nothing ships while you decide.

This plugin is for you if A 20-second check
  • Your WooCommerce store sells to consumers — in Slovenia or anywhere in the EU.
  • There is no online withdrawal path yet — requests arrive as free-form emails, or not at all.
  • Requests live in the inbox — no timestamps, no statuses, no link to the order.
  • Parcels ship before anyone reads the email — and a change of mind turns into a dispute.

What changes

  • Finding the order Inbox search and guessworkLinked and noted on the order automatically
  • The parcel Ships before anyone reads itOrder flips to on hold by itself
  • The record Scattered across mailboxesDate, status and order in one wp-admin list

An illustrative comparison — every request also triggers an instant confirmation email to the buyer.

Getting started

From download to the first request

Four steps, no developer — the plugin works with the account area WooCommerce already has.

  1. Install and activate

Upload it like any other plugin — no key to enter, no activation server to reach. Pick the page that will carry the withdrawal form and you are set.

  2. Make the words yours

Every notice, field label, popup and email is editable on one settings screen — and the status labels your customers see ship in Slovenian out of the box.

  3. The button appears

Eligible orders in My Account get the return button, and order-confirmation emails carry it too — only while the 14-day window is open, checked again on every submission.

  4. You see the first request in wp-admin

    A request lands

The order flips to on hold, a note is written to it, the buyer gets an instant confirmation — and the request waits in its wp-admin list with a status you control.

The price

One price, the whole plugin

No tiers and no renewals — the price is on the page because there is only one.

The purchase happens on the plugin's own site — the button takes you straight to the cart.

Not a subscription. You pay 20 € once — nothing renews and nothing expires.

No keys, no limits. There is no activation or license to manage — one purchase covers your sites.

Questions

Questions before you buy it

What store owners want to know before the 20 € leaves their card.

Does this make my store legally compliant?

The plugin implements the technical side — the online button, the form and the request record that EU consumer rules expect. Your returns policy, your terms and the decision on each request remain yours; for the legal text itself, a lawyer is still the right address.

Does it work when the customer checked out as a guest?

Yes. Guests open the withdrawal form, enter their order number and the email used on the order, and the plugin verifies the two against the order before accepting the request.

What stops requests after the 14 days?

The button only shows while the order is inside the 14-day window, and the window is checked again when the form is submitted — an expired request is refused with a clear message, not silently logged.

Can I change the texts my customers see?

All of them. The legal notice, every field label and placeholder, the confirmation popup, the success message, the status labels and the emails are editable in the settings — no code, and the plugin is translation-ready.

Is this a subscription?

No. It is a single 20 € purchase — no renewal, no activation server, no key. And if you ever deactivate the plugin, your request history stays in the database.

Anything else? Just ask — you'll get a straight answer.
